Important: BasisEx does not provide investment advice, market prices, or trading functionality. All data is stored locally on your device.

3 User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Backing up your data regularly
• Using the App in compliance with applicable laws

4 Data Storage and Privacy

BasisEx stores all data locally on your device using UserDefaults and JSON files. We do not:

• Collect or transmit your data to external servers
• Require user accounts or registration
• Track your usage or behavior
• Share your data with third parties

You are solely responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for any data loss.

5 No Investment Advice

BasisEx is a management tool, not an investment platform. The App:

• Does not provide market prices or valuations
• Does not offer investment advice or recommendations
• Does not facilitate buying or selling of collectibles
• Focuses solely on asset management and efficiency analysis

6 Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization

7 Limitation of Liability

BasisEx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
