We do not collect any personal data. BasisEx operates entirely offline and does not:

• Require user registration or accounts
• Collect personal information
• Track your usage or behavior
• Transmit data to external servers
• Use analytics or tracking services

2 Data Storage

All data entered into BasisEx is stored locally on your device using:

• UserDefaults: For app settings and preferences
• JSON Files: For asset data, spaces, and activity records

Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it (CSV or PDF formats).

3 Data Sharing

We do not share your data with anyone. Since we don't collect or transmit data, there is nothing to share. Your information remains completely private and under your control.

4 Third-Party Services

BasisEx does not integrate with any third-party services that would collect or track your data. The App operates independently without:

• Cloud storage services
• Analytics platforms
• Advertising networks
• Social media integrations
• Payment processors (for data collection)

5 Data Export

You have full control over your data. BasisEx allows you to:

• Export to CSV: Export your asset data for backup or analysis
• Export to PDF: Generate comprehensive reports
• Import from CSV: Import previously exported data

All export and import operations are performed locally on your device.

6 Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time through the App's settings. When you delete data:

• All stored information is permanently removed from your device
• No data is retained on external servers (we don't have any)
• Deletion is immediate and irreversible

7 Device Permissions

BasisEx may request the following permissions:

• Photo Library: To add images to your collectible assets (optional)
• Files: To export data to CSV/PDF or import from CSV

These permissions are only used for the stated purposes and are not used to access other data on your device.

8 Children's Privacy

BasisEx does not knowingly collect information from children. Since we don't collect any data, this is not applicable. However, parents should supervise their children's use of the App.

9 Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10 Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: All your data is stored locally and accessible through the App
• Export: Export your data in CSV or PDF format at any time
• Delete: Delete all data through the App's settings
• Modify: Edit or update your data at any time
